Warning: Catfish peppersoup can cause cancer

Catfish peppersoup also known as Point
and Kill can lead to cancer because it contains Omega 6 fatty acids.
Dr. Jane,a cardiologist says the agric or home-grown catfish is mainly the one talked about here.This is because it contains more fatty acids than the ones from rivers or other natural waters.
Dr Jane also said fish is always better than meat because it is proteinous and digests easily.But catfish
is not really a good option, especially the ones they sell
these days, which are reared with feeds
that are filled with steroids and other fattening
chemicals so as to make more profits from them. These chemicals are cancerous in nature.Also, catfish contains so much oil
that you can taste it. This is because catfish has oil on its skin unlike other fishes,thus making it unhealthy.
Catfish also contains lots of poly unsaturated fat that does
not only make one fat but also settles in the blood stream. This makes it dangerous because if blood
fails to get to any organ in the body, it stops functioning and is paralysed.
Getting catfish from the river is rare in
most cities,but even if one gets it,it is advisable to eat it thrice a month. Then if
the only one you can get is the one that is being reared
by farmers, it should be smoked. In that way, some of the
fats would have been lost in the process.
Finally it is better to eat other species of fish that are oily but contains good fats and are more nutritious.
