What the shape of your ass says about you

ASSES -They come in all shapes and sizes; round ones,
square ones, flat ones, peachy ones – it doesn’t really
matter. Or does it?
Apparently, the shape of your backside actually says a
lot about your health. Who knew?
For those of you that aren’t familiar with the shape of
your rear, go find a mirror. You will fall into one of the
following categories:
1. The inverted shape (or ‘V’ shape) is common in
ladies with lower oestrogen levels.
2. The heart (or pear) shape has significant fat
distribution around the upper thighs,
3. The round shape has fat distribution all around the
buttock.
4. The square or “H” shape has fat distributed evenly up
to the love handles.
Now that we’ve got that cleared up, what does your
shape say about your health ? Well, a person’s overall
distribution of body fat is a great indication of health as
we know but not all fat isn’t distributed equally. Extra
cushion in your backside may be a sign of decent
health. So that’s good. Apparently, it helps keep fatty
acids away from the heart, arteries and lowers the risk of
heart disease and things like diabetes.
But it isn’t the same for both sexes. Unfortunately lads,
having a big booty doesn’t mean you’re healthy. Too
much fat can lead to haemorrhoids and other issues. According to science, you may be sitting too long
in your office job so print this article off and pass it on
