Foods Blood group O+ or O- should avoid to be healthy

We have around 4-6 liters (7 to 10.5 pints) of blood in
our body. Blood is made from red blood cells, white
blood cells and plasma. Plasma is 90%water. The rest is
proteins, nutrients, hormones and waste products. Blood
is made up of blood cells- 40%, and blood plasma –
60%.
There are four main blood types (blood groups): A, B, AB
and O. What blood type you will have is determined by
the genes. You inherit your genes from both of your
parents.
Another very important blood group system is Rh
system. The D antigen on the red blood cell that you
have, gives you the positive (+), or the negative (-)
letter after A, B, AB or O.
Since we all have different blood types, it I very
important to eat right for your blood type. There are
foods that are highly beneficial for you, neutral for you
and foods that are not good for your blood type. That is
why each of us should eat the optimal diet compatible
with our blood type. Doing this in practice is very hard
to achieve, but not impossible.
What actually happened when you eat food that is not
compatible with your blood group?
When you eat not compatible food with your blood
group, the food is not digested properly. That way, the
vitamins and minerals are not absorbed into the
bloodstream.
The most common reacting of inappropriate food you
will notice are: gas, stomach pain, diarrhea or vomiting.
When our body do not have enough vitamins and
minerals (ready fuel to work properly), our blood become
thick and our body fight illnesses harder.
