Couple gives birth to Black and White twins twice

Having twins aren’t exactly something you expect when
you’re expecting - but when you give birth and find out
your babies are born with an even more rare condition,
you’re looking at a miracle. That’s what happened to
U.K. couple **Alison Spooner and Dean Durrant when
they gave birth to their twin girls seven years ago who
happened to be born with two different complexions:
one had white skin, and the other had black skin.
As if that wasn’t shocking enough (Yeah, that’s right:
there’s more!), when the multiracial couple decided to
become pregnant again seven years later, they were
ecstatic to discover they were expecting another set of
twins! During their pregnancy, the two joked with friends
and family concerning the odds that they would give
birth to another set of mixed twins. Imagine their faces
on delivery day when… they totally did!

It’s not every day something like this happens - not
even close. The odds of having fraternal twins:
uncommon. Odds of having fraternal twins from mixed
parents: even less common. Odds of having two eggs
fertilized and come out two different skin tones: nearly
impossible. To have it happen twice in a row is one in
millions.
That being said, Alison is confident that something of
this nature won’t happen to her again, but who really
knows? The couple did manage to do the impossible
twice! After that, how can you be sure about anything?
