Kim and Kanye Welcome baby boy

E! Online just announced that Kim K has given birth to her son!
In a statement on her website a rep for the couple wrote today:
"Kim Kardashian West and her husband, Kanye West, welcomed the arrival of their son this morning.
"Mother and son are doing well."
Kim was due to deliver close to Christmas Day, but the Doctors thought of  bringing her date forward to avoid complications.
"Kim's doctors want to get the baby out early because of her medical history
North was also delivered early following complications too
